Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 June 2026. A starting draft, please have it reviewed before launch.

1. What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, login), billing details handled by our payment provider, and usage data (searches you run, mockups and sites you create, features you use). We also process public business information you search for.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, give you support, keep the product secure, and understand how it is used so we can make it better.

3. Lawful basis and your responsibilities

When you contact businesses you find through Site Pounce, you act as the data controller for that outreach and are responsible for complying with UK GDPR, PECR and the rules of any channel you use (email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone).

4. Sharing

We use trusted providers to run the service, who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements: Vercel (hosting), Clerk (sign-in and accounts), Stripe (payments, they handle card details, we never store them), SendGrid (email), Google (business search data) and OpenAI (AI mockups and copy). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Search results are retained per plan, then automatically removed: Scout 14 days, Hunter 45 days, Apex 120 days. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Contact
