Site Pounce ("we", "us") provides software that helps marketing and web-design professionals find local business leads, generate website mockups and live sites, and manage outreach. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be at least 18.
You agree to use Site Pounce lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platforms (for example Google, WhatsApp and SMS providers) and applicable marketing and data-protection laws (including UK GDPR and PECR). You must not send unlawful, deceptive or harassing communications, or use the data to spam.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Prices are in GBP and may change with notice. Fair-use limits and credit allowances apply per plan.
Business information is sourced from public providers such as Google. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data. You are responsible for how you contact the businesses you find.
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
